Shipping Fee

To celebrate the grand opening of our new store, we're offering free shipping to all US states on all orders for a limited time!

Processing Time

After receiving your order, our warehouse team will process it within 5 business days.

Please note that in some cases, processing may take longer if certain items are temporarily out of stock or during peak seasons. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Delivery Time

8-15 business days

Tracking Number

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

A tracking number will be sent in a separate email once your order is ready to leave the warehouse. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before checking the shipment status.

Delayed Delivery

If there are delivery delays, Mahamani will make every effort to deliver your package

ASAP. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier errors or customs clearance issues, and do not provide refunds for such delays. We appreciate your understanding.

Lost Packages

For delivery or tracking issues, the simplest and quickest solution is to contact the shipping company directly. Sometimes the carrier may prematurely mark the package as "delivered," or they may require additional information from you to complete the delivery.
